As the VP of Learning Strategy at MotivationCode.com, I'm at the forefront of motivational science. The MCode assessment is a powerful tool that reveals the underlying motivations driving individuals and teams. I not only use this tool to help high performers unlock their potential, but I also train and certify coaches to leverage this powerful framework with their clients.

Since 2017, I've coached business owners and entrepreneurs who find themselves overwhelmed and burning out — despite building ‘successful’ businesses. Using the 60+ years of motivational science behind the Motivation Code assessment, I help my clients discover why certain work energizes them while other tasks (even ones they're good at) leave them exhausted.

• Served notable clients including Automattic, WordPress, WooCommerce, GoDaddy, Namecheap, Yoast, Beaver Builder, and Ninja Forms.
• Established 101Videos as a go-to resource for companies needing professional, engaging tutorial content.

My journey in online education began in 2008 when I created the original WordPress 101 video tutorial series. Since then, I've been passionate about making complex topics accessible and engaging for learners worldwide.

• WP101® has helped over 3 million people learn WordPress.
• Licensed my WordPress 101 videos to dozens of notable companies including GoDaddy, WP Engine, Liquid Web, and many others.
• Pioneered a process for creating compelling and clear instructional content, and keeping it up-to-date with every major release for more than 14 years.
• Successfully exited, after selling the company to Awesome Motive in 2023.

For 28 years, I was a freelance graphic designer, specializing in creating distinctive branding systems. This experience not only honed my creative skills but also gave me invaluable insights into the challenges and opportunities of freelance life.
